This project was focuses on five-star hotels. The design had to adhere to the Five-star rating requirements set out by the tourism grading council of south Africa. The luxury suite had to include an entrance lobby, lounge/dining room, bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. Every space had to adhere to the theme of a five-star hotel through the finishes and details. The project required a general arrangement plan, reflected ceiling plan, floor finishes plan, wall finishes plan, electrical plan, two internal sections, sanitaryware reference plan, wall elevations of the bathroom, a detailed drawing set of either the built in wardrobe or the kitchenette, a finishes schedule and a sanitaryware schedule
